Adding Pronouns
I know there is a place to add fields to user forms, which we've done. But to actually see the pronouns, you need to be in the user record or editing the user field information. It would be useful to have the pronoun information show up on the Contacts tab of an organization record and/or on the Contact Info tab on a submitted request. As it is now, our board has no way of seeing this information because they can't go into user records. Unnecessary Spacing On Forms
There appears to be unnecessary spacing added below the instruction field when building an application or other form. I suggest removing this formatting so instructions appear more naturally grouped with the relevant questions. If the additional spacing is necessary, I suppose we could add that in by adding a blank question field.

Question Mark Icons
I'd love the option to add question mark icons next to our application questions that would invite applicants to hover over them if they want information as to why we are asking the question. It would go a long way in making the process more transparent and minimizing the power gap. (Similar to what you offer in the Process Manager)

delete slm committees
Currently, SLM has no "delete committee" functionality, so every committee you ever set up stays visible and junks up the view. I would like to delete one year's committees and set up the new year's committees, as personnel change from year to year. Thanks!

Primary contact
Hello, I know that this has been proposed once. I'd like to be able to have an option of not choosing a primary contact for the organization. In cases where different departments are involved with different projects a primary contact sometimes creates confusion on follow-up/reporting forms. Appreciate your advice. Thank you

Hide applicant followups on evaluator dashboard
We have quite a few users who act as both applicants and evaluators at different times. There is a lot of confusion when they log in and see their applicant followups (grant contracts, reports) on their evaluator dashboard. Many then end up filling out the forms from the evaluator dashboard, but then find they don't have an option to submit. Is there a way to just not have these followups show up on the evaluator dashboard?

SLM Follow up drafts - not all are truly drafts
For multi year scholarships, we have info we'll need from the student each subsequent year. Those follow ups now show in "drafts" but really, they are not in draft stage, they are upcoming or pending. It would be great to have those in their own bucket in the followup box on the dashboard so we can keep those separate from current/real time drafts we need to be aware of.

Tag System for Organizations
Similar to a CRM, or email software.. Being able to add "tags" to an organization would be extremely helpful.
Some grant opportunities are specific to certain organizations based on location, the cause they represent (arts, animals, economic development, etc.) or possibly the size of organization/if they are new.. and so on.
Utilizing a tag system would allow us to search for these characteristics quickly and batch email vs. going through our entire organization list and hand-picking who is eligible every time we announce a new grant opportunity.

donor profile
Would be very helpful to have a Stewardship/Donor Profile section in SLM, or if it could be in CSuite and sync over to SLM. We like to give the students information regarding who their scholarship donor is, and why they chose to initiate a scholarship fund. It would be helpful to have a place in SLM that the information was stored, with a picture of the donor(s) or person being memorialized, and then we could include a link in the students award notification to that donors information. The student could then click on the link and see the history of…

Include fields from Approval form in Edit Columns on Payment Tracking screen
We carry information on our Approval form that is relevant to payments. I would guess this is true for many of your users. I'd like the ability to add a column from our Approval form to the Payment Tracking list; specifically, the agreement type - we need to know if a grant was made under expenditure responsibility before making a payment. We can go look, but it would help prevent errors in our process if the information was right there.

Outdated tax returns
When I try to look at 990s through GLM, often the most recent available returns are from 2017-2019, which are not much use in 2023. Going to GuideStar for the same organizations, more recent returns are available. Why is GLM out of date and when will you fix it?

Search body of email template
I have a large number of email templates, so must frequently search for the one I need. Sometimes there's a keyword that I'm looking for that's in the body of the template, rather than in the Subject or Template Name. I would like for the Quick Search at the top of the Email Template page to search in the body of the template, as well as the Template Name and Subject.

Support Fillable PDFs in Document Viewer
I recently had a 990 come in that appeared blank in the document viewer but filled in if downloaded. Support said it was because document viewer doesn't support fillable PDFs. That would be a nice QOL improvement.

We use the comment section a lot and would love to see a few new options :
Tab indication when there is a comment (the option is present in the request window, but not in the organization window). We use comments to communicate information on a file between colleagues and the number indicated on the tab makes it easily apparent that there is a comment to take into account.
