Evaluator Search Option when Assigning Evaluations
Evaluations- Being able to search for people when assigning evaluators to applications. For example we received over 100 applications for a process. Created eight committees to review and group applications and evaluators into the different committees. We also add the committee name to the last name of the user to be able to identify groups in the system. It would be nice to be able to search for evaluators and assign that way instead of having to scroll through the entire list. When we have over 100 evaluators that will be involved in the process.

Option to Disable the Preview Application Feature
It would be helpful to have the option to disable the preview feature for a universal application. We are finding that some applicants are running into confusion and issues because they are inadvertently in the "preview" view of the application rather than the "apply" view where they can complete and submit the application.

Apply Page Appearance
It would be great if the apply page could be shown in a grid or have a sort of table of contents on the side/top of the page -- we had several applicants apply to the wrong process because they clicked on the first opportunity (which takes up most of the screen). It seems some of them did not realize they could scroll/did not realize that there were multiple opportunities on the apply page.

a currency list adding option?I am working on an application where the scholarship donor wants an accounting of projected expenses and anticipated contributions/income, to which they ask for a bottom line "Amount needed to balance school budget for the upcoming year"

GLM/Foundant Accessibility for People Using Screen Readers
We received some good feedback from an applicant: "Due to a small staff and the Director's use of screen reader technology, web forms are often inaccessible and paperwork is very slow-moving. The Opportunity Fund's application and website is more navigable than other foundations but still required many hours of oversight and coordination to receive assistance from board members and staff throughout the process."
I would love to know how/if Foundant is working toward making sure it's products are incorporating web accessibility principles so that a person using screen reader technology could apply for a grant and take care of other…

multiple reminder emails
Increase the number or make customizeable the number of reminders that can be sent. Our leadership prefers 2 reminders BEFORE the due date rather than 1 before and 1 after. :-)

"Flag" an Organization
Periodically we have organizations we need to flag because of various reasons: Not to Apply Again, Budget Questions, or Other...it really all depends on multiple things. But, we need to dig around in the Organization Comments or Request Comments to find specific notes.
With different staff members taking calls from applicants, we are not getting cohesive notes at times, or someone missed something and spoke too soon.
An example is letting an applicant know they can reapply in the next round, when another staff member had indicated that their last grant was, literally, to be their last grant.
