PDF Files
Hello:
I would ike to recommend that applications conversion into PDF should be in the order of the questions. For example, if the first qustions requires the applicatnt to upload a file, that uploaded file should be the first page in the PDF and not at th eend of the file under "Attachments".

Hi Gloria,
Thanks for the suggestion. I can see where you're coming from, but at the same time, there are a number of reasons for the current implementation. First, to help reduce the number of pages, the files are all at the end. If we tried to attach files in-line with the questions, and question one was a file upload, the rest of that page would be blank and the file would appear at the start of the next page. Second, it's significantly more complicated from a technical perspective (and a bit less performant) to add the files one at a time in different places in the print packet. Third, the general concensus from other users and the internal product team was to go with the current format.
All that said, we are continuing to make improvements to print packets, as well as looking at more customization options. While not the highest priority given the current level of satisfaction, as we consider additional customization options, we will keep your suggestion in mind.
Thanks again,
-chris
