add automated emails to make payment form
Can we add automated emails to the make payment form, so that our grant managers can submit payment requests to our accts payable folks without having to make up really crazy workflows>

It would be amazing to have automated email options for payments. We have to coordinate with our accounting department to make payments and it is very difficult to notify our grantees when payments have been made. It also makes the follow-up form process more convoluted because they are signing an acknowledgement form before receiving their award.

It could also be interesting to have that feature when making payments through wire transfer, to notice grantees of the upcoming transfer.
