Collaborator feature for Grant Managers
Allow the collaborator feature for grant manager profiles so grant managers can add collaborators to a grantee's profile.

Please do this! We work around it by having grant managers proxy in as applicants where they can access that button, but it really limits our grant manager's ability to understand how organizations and users may be collaborating on reports/follow ups and forces them to rely on administrators/additional staff for an easy task of adding collaborators.

This is another simple way to make the Collaborator feature more robust.

Please do this. Grant managers should be able to use this as part of managing requests to help applicants and resend collaboration invites.
The option is to give Admin permission with the ability to remove other administrators and that doesn't seem prudent. -

They need to be able to use it so they can offer technical support to the applicants as well as being able to add collaborators themselves.
