Allow evaluators to track the amount of money they have spent as they are going through applications
We have had several evaluators ask for there to be a way to see the amount of money they have recommended be allocated in total as they are going through all of the applications they have been assigned. As we give them a budget for each process, this would be helpful in seeing how close they are getting to that budget.
This workflow can be accomplished today using custom columns with Aggregation. Contact support or success to learn more.

This would significantly streamline a program officer's work as they assess grant awards from multiple funds.

I think this would be especially helpful as a program officer to see upon login how much i am recommending in total, to compare to the ATS I have available on hand, and ensure i don't overspend - I agree with both Amanda and Alex's comments below. Can you help to build this feature in?

This cannot be accomplished if you are using multifund grants. We spend significant time managing funding allocation outside of Foundant (we have SLM/GLM/CSuite integrated), and there is no way for us to monitor and track funding allocation. The two sites do not share live data (current spendable) to enable comparison with the allocated amounts for each grant.
Please fix it.

We currently have to create a spreadsheet for evaluators to track their awards on and it is both cumbersome and time consuming. A built in feature would not only streamline the process but improve the experience for the evaluators.
