Ineligible organization
We have recently had an issue with some partners not submitting reporting(like over a year overdue) and then cutting off all communication with us. Per our grant making policy this makes the organization ineligible for funding until the previous grant contract is fulfilled(meaning we get some type of report or account of grant monies.) We are looking at the idea of seeing if it was something that could be implemented to have a box or button that is able to be clicked on(toggle on and off so once they come back into good standing that goes away) an admin side to show a group as ineligible to receive funding. Meaning on the admin side there be a banner(preferred to be red to draw attention) stating that the group is currently ineligible, then on the applicant side a pop up message stating to contact us before being able to apply for any funding.

We'd like to have something similar to color code organizations green, yellow, red, based on our concern level. Having a box to check a color and that be visible by the org name and as a sort-able feature would be really helpful.
