User Summary Feedback
As part of our October Monthly Release, we introduced a User Setting that allows you to preview the updated User Summary layout in your Sandbox environment.
This redesigned view consolidates key user details into a streamlined format to improve efficiency and usability.
We’d love your input!
Please use this thread to share any feedback, suggestions, or questions about the new layout:
Is the information easy to find?
Are there any workflows that feel smoother or harder?
Anything missing or unexpected?
Your feedback is instrumental as we refine this experience ahead of full release.
Thank you for helping us improve!

I agree with Lauren Benton's comment that the Requests portion should default to open awards and draft apps on top. With how we use the UA in SLM, I end up seeing a long list of denials (not helpful!). I then have to click on View All Requests and then click the Granted column header a couple of times to get it to list a way that is useful to me. Allowing administrators to set their own default views would be super helpful and time-saving.
She's right about the Email History, too.

For the students with multiple requests, the Requests portion is clunky and not helpful in it's current limitation of only viewing 4 requests. It should be a larger number first visible, like 10 requests, AND default to awarded or open requests at the top. Additionally, the Follow Ups page would be SIGNIFICANTLY more helpful if they were hyperlinks, instead of having to navigate to the request to take action on the follow up.
And I know there is a timeline function in the works that would address this, but not having the Email History in a very accessible place right now is seriously messing with my workflow *sad face*facepalm*

The UA user summary does not include a committee tab, so I cannot view the committees a user is connected to or add that user to a new committee.
