Allow evaluation fields to be pulled into merge templates
As the evaluation fields cannot be pulled into merge templates, we have built our due diligence processes into an internal-only section of the application form. As a result, this means that the application is extremely long, and we are needing to continuously scroll up and down to review the required information. It would be much better if we could have a side-by-side view, such as you get with the evaluation stage.
We could build the due diligence into the evaluator 1 stage to do this, but none of the fields could then be included in our merge templates. If these fields could be included, the system design would already be adequate for a better user experience.

I agree, this is a critically needed update. The merge template does not pull evaluation form fields and though you can create an evaluation report to pull all the evaluation information into one place, this is very time consuming to then separate it out to provide feedback for each applicant.
My grant program has 100 applications from the last round that would all like reviewer feedback sent to them, and the merge template feature would really help save us time in preparing that feedback with reviewer scores and comments to our applicants while keeping the reviewer information anonymous
I highly recommend evaluation form data fields to be built into a merge field for the future. I know it would impove the user experience and applicant experience.
