Notify applicants when they enter their EIN that they are not eligible?
We have a handful of organizations that are in default for completing final reports (follow-ups) from previous years' grant cycles (some before we started in GLM). Our policy is that they are ineligible to apply for another grant if they have not completed their previous requirements. Is there a way to automatically notify them when they enter their EIN that they are not eligible and need to contact us to discuss?
