Eligibility Center Overhaul
We use an eligibility quiz on many of our processes and I think the Eligibility Center could use an update.
1. Add the ability to search by Organization Name rather than First and Last Name of the applicant.
2. The Eligibility Results and Eligibility Submissions tabs are similar enough that they should be one tab that allows the administrator to see whether the submission passed or failed, view the answers, and reset/reopen the quiz.
3. There should be a way for a failed submission to show the applicant what question(s) caused it to fail and why (conditional logic text box where we can write a unique message to the applicant if response triggers a fail).
