third party back to draft (reopen) / UI/UX for Save/Submit
During this UA cycle I have had an inordinate number of third party requests accidentally click Submit instead of Save, and then not be able to edit their request, they email me, they have to send me what they want to put in the form, and then I add it for them.
It would be great if we could address this in two ways: 1) allow administrators to "revert back to draft" or reopen the third party submissions. They would still need to communicate with me, but it would save their time of opening the request, copying/pasting questions to rewrite answers, and then me the time of adding them to the application. AND 2) somehow differentiate more between the SAVE and the SUBMIT buttons on the form. I don't know why it is happening so much this year, but it's been at least a dozen times.
