Editing/Deleting a Comment
Currently, the ability for a user with a Grant Manager role to edit or delete a comment added to an organization or a request is tied to the Manage Requests permission (allowing them to approve, deny, close, and abandon a request).
I'd like to suggest that Grant Managers be able to edit and delete their own comments regardless of their ability to approve, deny, close, or abandon a request.
