Issues with 3rd party request changed to "upload myself" option
We have two options for a student to submit a letter of recommendation. They can ask a teacher to do this (via the 3rd party request in the system) or they can elect to upload the letter themselves.
If an applicant starts with the 3rd party request option, but then later changes it to "upload myself" because the original recommender did not follow through, the SLM system still thinks there is a missing 3rd party request.
The student's application stays in the "Action needed" column, even though the letter is uploaded AND it shows as 0/1 in the 3rd Party column of the admin dashboard.
It would be helpful to build in a way for us to clear the original 3rd party request so it doesn't present as a "missing item".
