Hide Follow-ups in Process Manager
When we copy a process, we need to copy many follow-up forms so we are prepared for different scenarios (ie if multi-year installments are granted, etc.) We don't know when we are building the process how many of the follow-up forms will prove useful. When there are lots of extra follow-up forms, we loose functionality in the assign follow-ups window. If we delete the follow-ups, however, we loose valuable work that we may need to re-do if circumstances change and we need to add the follow-up again.
Could follow-up forms be hidden in the process manager? If this could work similarly to the feature that allows us to hide list items in form questions, it would be so helpful. Nothing gets deleted - instead it just gets toggled on according to its functionality in the specific scenario.
A feature that allows toggling follow-up forms on and off in the process manager would
A) increase functionality of assigning multiple follow-ups at one time (save time checking and un-checking boxes because only the relevant follow ups would appear in the assign follow-ups menu)
and
B) eliminate the need to delete follow-up forms that could need to be re-added at a later point in the process
