Post Office Standards
The USPS has a standardized way of writing addresses, and CSuite does not adhere to it. The USPS does not use ANY punctuation in ANY United States address, but CSuite automatically puts a comma in between the city and state when you input a profile address. There is no way to turn off that function. I would love to see a way to stop the automatic comma insertion for those of us who want to standardize with the USPS.

Require Fund fields
You recently implemented a feature that allows us to require that certain fields on a Profile record be populated before the user can save the record (detailed on this page https://support.foundant.com/hc/en-us/articles/6042827206807-Profiles-Settings).
It would be extremely useful to have this same functionality available on the Fund object. We frequently have data hygiene issues when users forget to fill in a particular field when they're creating a new Fund record. As much as you remind people that they must fill in certain fields, they sometimes forget. This causes all kinds of reporting issues, fund management issues, etc.

Campaigns: Add the Campaign Group as a field when looking at Profiles in a Campaign
Along with "RSVP", "Attended", etc. columns, add one for the "Group" so it is visible at the full list of profiles level w/i the Campaign.

I suggest having a grantee contact option on the grant envelopes. CSuite's default envelope template for grants should have a grant contact field. The bulk printing grant envelopes function is the most efficient way to print grant envelopes. However, the grant contacts that are on the grant records are not on the envelopes. The grant contact is important to have on the envelope so that the correct person at the organization receives the grant letter and check. Grant Workflow and Template Fields - Add "User" fields
I have two requests related to users/staff for grant processing.
Please add User/Staff fields (profile name and title) to the template fields list for grant letters. We include a signature block in every grant letter, but we have multiple staff members who process grants. There is no flexibility for the grant letter to list the staff member who processes the grant in the signature block, so our current letters have a static signature block that contains the name and signature of one of our grant processors. It would be nice if we could add name and title to the signature…

Sub Account Roll-Up for Reconcilitation
It would be great if an option for sub-account balance roll up for main accounts that are reconciled. For instance, we have a current portion of a loan and when reconciling the loan in bank reconcile area, the current portion subaccount balance doesn't roll up into the total of the main account.

fund statement total
We would like to be able to include a field in our fund statements that includes the fund's TOTAL grants and gifts since inception, not just a totl during that fund statement's timeframe.

Grant Check/Letter Print Order Sorting
It would be nice to enable the ability to choose the sorting order for grant check/document printing.
It is wonderful that the letters and checks print in the same order, but it would be more useful if they were sorted by fund first and organization second.
I realize our process probably doesn't match everyone's, so being able to toggle that sort order on and off would let people choose what sorting is preferable.

Make it more clear where you are at in the profile (main profile, grantee, etc.)
Besides the ever-so-slightly bolded font for which designation you are looking at if you happen to be in the grantee, fund advisor, etc. record, it can be very hard to tell which record you are looking at. It would be clearer if "main profile" was also listed in the designation area and the selected designation was highlighted or made more prominent than just the bold text.

We should be able to email all files.

Add Fund ID to Financial Audit Report
I found a previous idea saying this had been implemented, however, I am hoping FundID can be added to the audit report - having to use lookup functions based on fund name can be difficult, as CSuite has trouble with a few of our funds which have quotation marks used in the fund name.
