Would like a better, bolder, way to see recurring grants through fund advisor portal. Currently fund advisors can only see if their recurring grants listed on the Grant Request Tab and if they scroll to the bottom. Honestly, they are going to look at the Grants tab, not Grants Request tab for that information. Any recurring grant that we set administratively doesn't appear at all in their portal which is causing confusion as to whether or not we've done what was asked of us. There is also no way to review from the fund advisor portal, the details of the request. So if they want to see how many requests are left they don't know. We love having the option for recurring grants but it would be very helpful for our fund advisors to see, to help remind, what they actually set up.
Foundant plans on moving recurring grants to a the top of the grants tab in the Donor Portal.
