It's great that CSuite can now work with a Stripe credit card terminal, but it would be even better if a credit card transaction could be processed through the terminal without needing to be logged into CSuite. We have fundholders who hold events where they accept credit card payments; however, we will not provide them with access to CSuite so they wouldn't be able to use the new Stripe terminal.   2. Implement the same viewing and reviewing capabilities that exist for fund statements for all letters including tax receipts, grant letters, and award letters—possibly adding the send option after it is reviewed.

  3. Ability to add a grantee as a beneficiary to a fund more for more than once would be helpful. We have several funds in which the same grantee is designated for two very different purposes and different percentages. The current text field isn't large enough to account for multiple purposes, and having two separate line items would create the individual spendable grants when creating them in bulk, which would be extremely helpful.

  4. Want to be able to add more than one type to a note. Sometimes the note involves two activities, we currently create two notes. One note with multiple types attached would be better. Thank you!

  5. Including the organization contact label field in the pledge reminder template would be highly beneficial.
    Currently, the template displays the donor's name "(organization)" without providing the primary contact's full name field.
    It shows:
    Foundation Name
    address1, 2
    City, State, Zip

  6. If you post a voucher before you add the campaign, you must unpost it before the campaign can be added. It would be easier if you can add a campaign to a posted voucher, similar to adding a campaign to a posted donation.

  7. When trying to add a profile to a Campaign by going to the Engagement tab from within the profile record, and choosing 'Add to Campaign', the only clickable link is the Campaign End Date. Not all Campaigns have an end date and those that don't, can't be chosen.
    Better to use the Campaign ID as the clickable link so all Campaigns can be chosen on this screen.

  8. It used to be that when I clicked on the Vouchers tab underneath a Vendor record, I could see the information listed in a tighter table. What I mean by this is I could view the date column and the clickable voucher ID column, at the same time that I could see the Amount column.

    Some change over the past year or so expanded this table, so that I now have to scroll far to the right to see the amount, which makes it hard to click on the corresponding ID when I scroll back to the left.

  9. It would be great if we could create a financial package of specific financial statements with certain filters and column settings and then be able to run it as of a specific time frame and it generates all of the reports into Excel or something.

  11. Would like the ability to create a custom report for an event campaign guest list. Ideally all fields from the "Guest List" export (located in the campaign profiles tab) would be included as well as "work organization" and "work title" from an individual profile.

    Use case: Professional advisors attend an event and are invited by an organization that is not their employer. When printing name tags for the event, if a profile has a work organization and title, would like to pull this information onto the name tags (not the organization that registered the individual for the event).

  12. It would be helpful to have the ability to share custom reports in C-suite but only to selected staff and not to all of the organization. We have reports that are needed cross-departmental and if the person that created the report isn't available to run the report we either have to wait for them to return or try to reproduce the report. The data within the report isn't something we'd want to be made available for all staff to go in and run the report.

  13. Copied task from an idea that was flagged "implemented" ... it is not implemented!

    It would be really nice if tasks could be tied to profiles, funds, grants, etc. and if they could show up like notes do (or at least having that option for them to show up). We are used to the "contacts" tab in FIMS which both informed the team of communications between donors and staff as well as provided an option to follow up if necessary. Thanks

  14. Currently a user is able to delete a historical donation, there is NO pop up or confirmation to delete BEFORE the record is blown away! YIKES! Please add a confirmation similar to deleting a historical grant, thank you!

  15. An option for users to select multiple fields (radio buttons/checkboxes) rather than just searching for a fund.

    So, the checkboxes could allow a user to select two different service areas and filter the funds that way.

  16. Please provide a way for us to edit/delete an automatic pledge adjustment. There is no way to do that in the system, and if you accidentally miskey something that causes an automatic pledge adjustment, it's permanently recorded. This not only messes up the GL details, but it also creates an inaccurate pledge total amount that shows up in the system.

    Case in point, we accidentally added an extra number on a payment which then increased a pledge by $2.5 million. It was a simple mistake, pure accident. However, we're stuck now in perpetuity with the wrong figure showing on this…

  17. Admin Fees should not make a fund balance negative. The situation we recently had was that a fund was set for closure, the final grant had been made and the balance was $0. However, the fund had not yet officially been closed in Csuite (we wait for the final check to clear.) Quarterly Admin Fees were posted which included this fund. It then made the fund balance negative. It seems an alert should pop that there are not sufficient balance to cover the fee. .....and yes, ideally we should remove the admin fee type on a fund when it is…

  18. Instead of having two separate "entries" for a donation when a donor is covering the CC fees, it would be great for those two numbers to be combined and show as one donation. When this process generates two donations, i.e., $500 donation and $23.50 in credit card fees, when you run a report for the Fund Advisor to update them on the number of donations that the Fund received, the number is not accurate because it is counting some of donations as two.
