  1. We really need a way to manage font color/size/weight in the CSS page. Menus / navigation font is so light in color and weight that it cannot possibly be meeting contrast/visibility requirements for accessibility. We need an easy way to adjust that without having to build all the styling within our content html.

  2. There is no option to change the profile for an opportunity once it is made. Sometimes we have the name of the person who referred it, and we put it on that profile. Then once we get the name of the client we want it on the client profile. I have to delete the first opportunity and make a new opportunity. But if this opportunity started in 2024 and I don't have the details of 2025, the created date will look like this started in 2025.   3. Create an "anonymous for publication" option on the donate page. This would allow the gift to be known within the organization, committees of volunteers, etc., so we could accurately thank and track the donor, but not include the donor contact info in publication. Looking at our annual report we want to make sure we aren't listing funds that don't want to be published. Right now we just put (Do Not List) on the fund name and hope that we all catch them.

  4. C-Suite allows balance swaps to swap out of investment accounts even if it causes the investment account to go negative. There should at least be a warning to prevent this from happening. Requested by GMF.

  5. If a fund advisor has multiple funds, i.e. an affiliate, on the screen where they can choose which fund to access, is there a way to put the fund balance under the fund name? That way you can see the fund balance without opening each fund.

  6. It would be great if the grant refunds could impact the grant total amount in the same manner as grant cancellations.
    At a minimum, the grant coding from the orginal grant should carry over into the grant refund or, at the very least, have a place to enter the Fund Grant Type Name in the grant refund record.

    When running reports by Fund Grant Type Name, refunds are blank resulting in the need to manually code them in excel each time a report is run

  8. On the individual campaign event page (event?eventdateid=xxxx), you show the event name, date and start time. Then there is a rather large blank space before you see the campaign details. Is there a way to move up the Location information -- maybe just the street address -- to that blank space?

    Or is there any way to compress that space if there is no image added for the event?

  9. The Add Fund field for templates currently does not recognize shortnames. It should look up funds by shortnames like most all other fields in the system.

  10. Although the bulk edits are handy, it would be better if we could do the edits by fund group or some other filter. The "Set Tab Permissions" button has this functionality, but the "Set notify" and "Set Statement Type" do not - it is all or nothing. All the bulk edits should have the same functionality.

  12. We need to be able to have more than one Event Ticket Tab Name. We have 19 affiliates so it is not uncommon to have more than one event with tickets for sale happening at any given time. It would be nice if this Event Ticket Tab Name was somehow tied to the actual Campaign, this way for each affiliate, their event tickets for multiple events would each have their own tab name.

  13. I propose two key enhancements to the Fund Advisor Portal:

    File Upload Feature:

    Allow fund advisors to upload files directly through the portal. This would streamline the submission process for grant requests by enabling them to attach relevant documents, such as proposals and supporting materials.
    Customizable Fields and Questions:

    Implement a feature that allows administrators to add or modify questions and fields in the grant request forms. This flexibility would help ensure we gather all necessary information tailored to different grant opportunities and donor requirements.

  15. It would be useful to have more interval options than are available for recurring grants. In particular, we would like to have an 'every other year' option.

    An archived idea once suggested a 'twice a month' interval, so other foundations do occasionally wish to set up recurring grants outside of standard intervals.

  16. For us the Created date for a fund is the date the fund agreement was signed which is never the same day we are creating the fund in Csuite. This field used to just be a date field and then turned into a date stamp. Now after we create the fund in Csuite we always have to edit the date stamp to be the date the fund agreement was signed. And being a date stamp, we have to be sure to only edit the date and leave the time in the field or the system won't accept it. This field…

  17. When a Fund Advisor is on the (new) Donor Portal page, a button shows up that says "Make a donation". This takes them to a donations page with all of the promoted Funds along with the user's DAF. This is a bit confusing for our user base, and we would like the option for that button to instead direct them to a page that only shows their own Fund(s). To be clear, it directs them here: https://topjfoundation.fcsuite.com/erp/donate We would prefer that it directs them to their own fund (fund id 1111 in this example) https://topjfoundation.fcsuite.com/erp/donate/create/fund?funit_id=1111

  18. Be able to add text to explain tribute notifications in Giving Hub. Many donors don't understand the purpose of the notification. They are using it to receive notification that their donation was processed. Later, someone chooses that tribute for their donation (because you can't tell who will be notified from the dropdown), and some random person(s) gets notified of the list of donations given using that tribute. It gets ugly.

  19. When displaying tributes for donors, in the dropdown on the Giving Hub, to select from, show who will be notified. We have tributes with different people to notify for the same person being honored/memorialized. For instance, the son's friend wants to notify the son of their donation, not the spouse. You see multiple tributes for the same person but have no idea why or who might be notified. We also have people put their own name in the notify thinking this is how they will get acknowledgement of the donation.
