Rename Unsubmitted Grant Requests to Grant Cart
Rename Unsubmitted Grant Requests to Grant Cart ... people are used to having a cart. Right now we have to check the "list cart" to make sure donors aren't leaving intended grants in their cart. Also, any thoughts to send emails to donors if they have an unsubmitted grant in their cart to remind them? Like you receive if you left something in your shopping cart?

notes on donor portal
Please link donation notes so they are viewable in the donor portal. It is labor-intensive to have to compile all the notes for a particular fund and send them on to the fund founder. We recently had 168 gifts made in a donor's memory and had to pull these into a separate file to share with his widow.

Add Decision Date to Front End Grant & Scholarship Imports
For the clients that are using decision date on the grants & scholarships without having GLM or SLM there is no way to set the decision date via the front-end imports. It would be beneficial to be able to import into this field with the front-end imports to allow for efficient processing of grants & scholarships. As it is right now once those records are imported the decision date has to be manually updated 1 by 1 in CSuite.

Donor portal: Add a required check box when submitting a grant to confirm Grant Eligibility
It would be helpful to have donors acknowledge and confirm with a required checkbox before submitting a grant to confirm that the grant they are submitting is not to be used for Non-Eligible Grantees.
Meaning grants cannot be made for memberships, fulfillment of legally binding pledges, tickets to events, or anything else that provides benefits to the fund holder.
We have several donors that submit grant requests where this is unclear and we have to call and confirm. This checkbox would allow them to acknowledge and call us if any questions about the grant's intention come up.

Obtaining ACH information
We'd like a secure way to obtain ACH information from grantees and vendors that feeds directly into CSuite. We obtain it now through an outside system and it's very manual and requires extra communication.

idea lab
Often when Foundant support is unable to help with a situation due to product limitations, they'll suggest that I submit it to the Idea Lab. I understand that I have a vested interest and want to see the product improve, but sometimes I'm in a state of doing my best to get work completed. I don't always have time to log into the Idea Lab, search to see if the idea is already out there, then, if it's not re-explain my situation in a new Idea Lab post.

Automated Workflows for Donor Stewardship
Used to be a RE NXT user, and one of the best features was Workflow Designer. You could create processes — known as workflows — as an automated series of steps in the form of actions, emails, or conditions. You can assign actions to someone in your organization to complete, then add conditions to have the workflow move to the next action.

Ability to build custom dashboards
Similar to HubSpot's dashboard features, it would be useful to build custom dashboards where a collection of reports are saved on a particular page with a customized name.
With this feature, the user could build custom reports and save them in a collection on a page where other users could access the dashboard to check metrics.
This would help users who need to track custom metrics that aren't necessarily represented on the dashboards already created by CSuite.

check reconciliation
In the bank reconciliation, checks paying multiple vouchers do not get matched with the csv upload and have to be reconciled manually. This makes the bank recon more time-consuming and leaves room for more errors. is there a way to fix this so that all checks get matched with the csv upload? We had over 100 checks paying multiple vouchers last month - would be great not to have to reconcile manually. Make Grant Letter Viewable
We would like to have the ability to make the Grant Letter available for viewing/download on the Fund Advisor Portal. Currently, we have to download the grant letter and upload it again to the files section of the fund profile in order for it to show up on the client side of the linked fund advisor portal. It would be great to have this letter automatically available to the fund advisors, as we receive many requests for them.

voucher refund
It would be really helpful if there was a voucher refund feature, similar to a grant refund. Occasionally we have EFTs that bounce due to a data entry error, or incorrect account information provided by vendors. Currently, we have to record this as an invoice coded against the same expense account as the voucher, but this doesn't faithfully represent the nature of the transaction. An "invoice" shouldn't be issued in this situation, and it's less clear in reporting, whereas a voucher refund would make more sense.

Docusign Integration
Foundant is considering integrating Docusign with GLM & SLM. Is this under consideration for C Suite as well? We'd love to have this integration capability on the C Suite side too.

promoted funds
Promoted Funds can be given a sort order in the Donation Portal, however in the Fund Advisor Portal they are listed alphabetically and can not be changed. It would be excellent if the promoted order could be the same in both places.

Public Securities Sort
Thanks for making previous changes to the main public securities screen and sorting it by reverse date rather than randomly. I have an additional request for sorting within an individual public security donation. We recently received 101 individual stocks from a donor. Using the public security feature for that worked great; however, the stocks are listed in a random order. In CSuite and on the tax receipt, instead of being listed in an alpha order by ticker symbol (which we would prefer and is how we received the stocks), 101 individual stocks are listed in a random order. Sending emails in csuite
I asked about this last year, but posting fresh again to maybe get back on radar. If you want us to use your platform for sending emails and keeping track of correspondence, we need to look professional when doing it. Sending an email in Courier with no signature or logo won't cut it.

Vendor Default GL Account
It would be helpful if the vendor's default GL account can be automatically populated as the GL expense account when creating a new voucher.

Impact Investing
With Impact Investing becoming a more prevalent means of helping our communities, it would be very helpful to have a way to allocate these loans to multiple funds without having to have an outside massive spreadsheet to "revenue share" manually and account for repayment manually to each fund. The loan feature does not work for this as that is only allocable to one fund and Investment Strategy does not work as you can also only allocate one per fund.

It would be very helpful to be able to filter the reconciliation. For example, by transaction/payment type, dollar amount, profile name, or description.

Ability to Build Custom Financial Statements in the Reports Section
There are numerous reports that can be customized when you go to the Reports section. I do not see any for creating financial statements. It would be great if you could add more than one column option to a report. Currently we are copying and pasting exported reports to build our desired reports. We have to export 12 financial reports to get to the 6 we want.
