I am fine with all of the required fields (we automatically fill all of these in for every grant already - including general support).
That said, I'm not sure how this really makes anything better. I need to read through all options for every grant to ensure that it is filled out completely, so splitting it into quandrants doesn't really do much.
I would MUCH MUCH prefer instead to just be able to get my shortcuts back at the top of the screen to go directly to grants rather than having to toggle my way to grants, funds, etc.
I would also prefer to have at least some of the the left-hand menu back (i.e. for edit payment). I find that easier than scrolling all the way down to the bottom of the grant to change/edit.
