You should be able to change the new organization profile to an individual, then merge it. Extra steps - I know, but that would be a current solution to the duplicates.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ashley Taylor commentedIt is confusing that the other sections show when there is a new item, but the Tribute section does not. It can be difficult to know when a new tribute has been added. It would be helpful if the Tribute bucket could show when a new tribute is added and how many have not been sent yet.

After review by our engineering team, we are moving this back to proposed. The school name populates if using Post by Payment. The reason it does not without that option is that the scholarship populates the fund statement on the post date, and the school is assigned on the payment lines, which could be later than the post date.

@Holly Spitz Thanks for your feedback! Yes, we actually have to do that a lot to clean up duplicate profiles, but the issue I'm referring to is when a duplicate profile has a ticket. The system will not allow us to merge duplicate profiles if one or the other has a ticket from a campaign. If we want to merge, we have to delete the ticket, merge the profile, and re-issue the ticket to the merged profile. We find the duplications are happening the most when an individual registers as an organization for a ticket. I thought a better alternative would be to only allow people to register as an individual, but have a field to enter their organization name if applicable.
