portal grant request
Change the term "Description" on an online grant request to "Grant Purpose." Description is too confusing and donors don't know what to enter in that field.

We agree that having the ability to change that field, along with other fields in the grant request menu, would be very helpful. As it has been explained to our organization, the only field that can currently be edited is “Notes to Staff.” While we appreciate being able to adjust that label, it would be even more useful if all of the labels in the grant request menu could be customized. It feels like a simple and reasonable improvement.
Considering the portal is designed to process mostly grants, this improvement would help the portal become more aligned with how advisors actually think about their recommendations.
