An error occurred while saving the comment All of these options sound great! It would be nice to be able to color code questions for applicants, but also internally as well for my own reference. I think both the use cases you mention would be applicable.
Essentially, it sounds like we want the ability to be able to color code questions, and then have it be applicant or internal facing depending on the situation.
I've attached a quick mock up of what that could maybe look like, if it helps!

An error occurred while saving the comment I really like this idea. For us, all new organizations are encouraged to contact the office before beginning an application anyway, but they don't always do so. With this option, if their organization is not present in the drop down, they would actually have to call us first to have that added.
As for the security that Chuck mentioned, I would suggest that each user adding themselves to a new organization for the first time would be marked "pending" with a confirmation needed from the organization's primary contact/grants admin to confirm that they are part of the organization.
