No application would ever hit the max amount of file bytes that I can incorporate into a form, but my master form is at the max due to the conditional logic, meaning I have to be careful with any changes. Having more flexibility with overall file size on the front end would be helpful.

An error occurred while saving the comment Miranda Lape commentedAll of these options sound great! It would be nice to be able to color code questions for applicants, but also internally as well for my own reference. I think both the use cases you mention would be applicable.
Essentially, it sounds like we want the ability to be able to color code questions, and then have it be applicant or internal facing depending on the situation.

Because the archive order dictates how the lists of processes appear across the board, it would be nice to be able to organize and reorder them even after they're archived so that I can keep fiscal years together. Especially with COVID, some of them got all out of order and its frustrating to have to hunt for them when putting together reports and such.

For us, all new organizations are encouraged to contact the office before beginning an application anyway, but they don't always do so. With this option, if their organization is not present in the drop down, they would actually have to call us first to have that added.
As for the security that Chuck mentioned, I would suggest that each user adding themselves to a new organization for the first time would be marked "pending" with a confirmation needed from the organization's primary contact/grants admin to confirm that they are part of the organization.

This would be very helpful to my workflow. Mainly I would like to edit the name, similarly to how the shared documents allow the name to be edited. It's sometimes difficult to find the template I'm meaning to use, because I didn't initially develop a consistent naming system, and at this point, it would require deleting and re-uploading a bunch of templates to change it.
