We add an installment for each scholarship (1 payout only) that is awarded. I need to be able to bring that information over to a merge template for our college letter and awards letter, but was told (after we worked together for many hours) that it wasn't possible. Worked with Marius Dereskevicius - he has details in a support ticket. I would love to be able to pull installment fields over into merge templates. I can see us using "universal" applications more and more. We cannot switch over to Foundant's Universal Application system because we have too many different applicant pools and reviewers... so we're having to get creative on our own.

This very topic came up from a scholarship committee this scholarship cycle. An evaluator ran an essay through 4 different AI checkers and it came back 99% AI generated. Our staff definitely does not have the capacity to run every essay through an AI checker and the donor wants to make the use of AI in essays a disqualifer. We cannot disqualify unless we have a reliable and efficient way to check for AI.
