Contact info for Client Success Manager in Foundant
Maybe I'm the only one... Our Client Success Manager is great, but because I don't need to contact him often, I worry when I do that it might be the wrong person / there might have been a change. Probably a symptom of the wonderful fact that Foundant is growing so fast and I always see new names on the emails. This is a low priority item, but I thought it would be nice if there was a place in Foundant where you could check who your CSM is / see their contact info.
This becomes necessary when we have (very cool) updates to the software that require contacting our CSM to "turn on."

That helps - being able to just contact support. The release notes specifically instructed to contact the CSM, and I was trying to do what I'm told. :) I will keep that in mind for next time.

Hi Mary,
You're probably not the only one! For most things that need to be configured, though, you can simply email mailto:support@foundant.com . If there's a need for CSM involvement, your CSM would reach out to you.
Since the CSM information is stored in a separate system, we'd need to set up an integration process to make sure that we were displaying the assigned CSMs correctly (while CSM assignments don't change very often, we do have to make re-assignments on occasion - like when we hire a new CSM). We could just add a setting for each foundation to capture this on the set-up, but since we already have this information in a different system, we'd then have a risk (albeit small) that things would get out of sync. So while we may do some type of integration at some point, given that it's not a trivial process, I don't think we'll be tackling something like this any time in the near term.
Thanks for the suggestion,
