(Updated in 2.4.0) Salutations!

Since the salutation field is captured in the User Contact information...would be nice to include in the Data Export of Users (or applicants, etc). I learned this field can be accessed via the GLM email featuere, but sometimes Foundations need to write letters the old-fashioned way too.

    Hi Kelli,

    If you contact client services, they can make the Salutation field required on the registration page and when a user is editing their contact information.

    However, they cannot make it required when an Administrator (like yourself) is editing the contact information for another user.

    Is there a way to make the Salutation required for applicants? We use the Salutation when sending out letters for our grants (we send to all).

    Hi Jim,

    I hope all is well and things are going well in your software. I wanted to give you an update on your idea. A few releases ago we added the Salutation to all exports per your suggestion. If you see any issues with it be sure to let us know! Thanks for the idea and keep them coming!
