Once a User is deactivated, have the system bring you back to Org Page
Hi - I don't know if others agree, but, one I deactivate a User, it would be great if the system would bring me back to the organization page. Once I've deactivated a User, there's no real need for me to be on their page anymore, but I have to click View Organization to get back out. It's just one more click, but I've been doing a lot of cleanup since the merge option went live, so it's quite a few clicks.
Thanks,
Mary

Hi Chris,
I've noticed that a user without a login now has no hyperlink attached to the email address, making it easier to see who doesn't have a login without having to click into the User page. Because we have orgs that have the same person listed more than once (as application contact and organization contact), I was cleaning them up by deactivating the listing without a login. I wasn't able to know which that was until I clicked into it. Now, it's more obvious.
As to your second point, I hadn't considered that people were getting there from more than one place. Can the system just bring them back to whatever page they were on, if they do have to deactivate from the User page? Or is that much more complicated from a coding standpoint?
Thanks,
Mary

Hi Mary,
Two things ... first, unless I'm misunderstanding your workflow, you should be able to Deactivate a user on the Organization View page, so this really shouldn't be an issue. Hopefully this will address your issue.
Second, it's a bit challenging to send people back to the Organization View page every time a user is deactivated, since there are a number of ways to access the "Edit Contact" page.
Let me know if you have further questions,
-chris
