Email to Grants Manager when follow-up is complete
We have matching grants as part of a Foundant process, and we send the match payment after we receive the final report Follow-up. It would be nice to have the system automatically generate a notification to our grants manager when the Program Officers have marked the follow-up as complete.

Totally agree. I'd like an auto option for complete to applicant and complete to administrator.
The follow-up forms have an automatic email option for:
When form is assigned
When form is submitted
When form was received
When form was is almost due
When form is past due
There should be an automatic e-mail for, "when the form is marked complete" which is the final stage of the life cycle for follow-up forms.
Often times we receive questions like, "Did I answer all the questions correctly?", "Is it complete", etc.
