    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback. In the past month, you probably realized we have consolidated the follow-up request status even more as part of this we continue to look at ways that we can give you the visibility you need on individual forms and their statuses. We are currently mocking up ideas and running them by the engineering team. If you have any specific deatlis you would like to see in this change please comment them below, and as we have more definition/timeline i will keep you all in the loop

    HI All,

    Thank you for the feedback thus far.

    I think we are leaning towards the idea of denotating specific fields to be reportable. Do you have examples of the fields you would most like report on?

    As for calculations which ones do you need? we know sum for sure, are there others?

    Our organization would like to tailor the "Document Type" selection to our needs. Currently, the list is not relevant to our needs therefore we continue to select "other" each time.

    Hi Julie,

    Thanks much for the suggestion. Internally, we have discussed something like this to help improve access to documents as we have realized it can be a pain point for users. I really appreciate the details you provide here in the suggestion – that definitely helps me understand more completely what you’re looking for.

    I’m not sure when we may be able to tackle this, and I can’t promise that our implementation will match exactly what you’re proposing, but I do think we need to start considering adding something like this.

    Hi All,

    Thank you for this feedback. Curious to understand if there are other use case for DocuSign with GLM/SLM rather than Grant Agreements.

    I also assume that when we talk about this integration we would want to be able to generate the DocuSign document with in the system, and then let docusign control all of the emails/reminder, and the final piece would be that signed document is visible in this system.

    Let me know your thoughts.

    The follow-up forms have an automatic email option for:
    When form is assigned
    When form is submitted
    When form was received
    When form was is almost due
    When form is past due

    There should be an automatic e-mail for, "when the form is marked complete" which is the final stage of the life cycle for follow-up forms.

    Often times we receive questions like, "Did I answer all the questions correctly?", "Is it complete", etc.
