Naming a Follow-Up
It would be very helpful if the name we give a Follow-Up appears on the printed version versus "Follow-Up". The purpose in naming the Follow-Up is to give it an identity and separate it from the other Follow-Ups. But when the document is printed the name is lost.

Hi Sammie - I'd like to see the form name at the top of page 2 of the PDF packet, where it currently says "FollowUp Form." When I download a follow up packet, it's typically because I'm submitting it to our finance department to support a grant reimbursement so having the form name in the packet (e.g., July 2022 Progress Report) is helpful! I currently edit this in Adobe after I download it. Thanks!

I would like to rename my follow-ups to progress reports or milestone reports or whatever terminology is used within organizations.

We would prefer if it could show on every page somehow (header or footer) since we use follow ups for contracts.

That would work for us. That's where I've been adding it using Adobe if I need to share a follow up report outside of the system.

Yes! When exporting a follow up packet, it would be very helpful if the PDF included the name of the follow up form (we use multiple follow ups for each project, including progress reports, final reports, time extension requests, etc.).
