Administrator Comments vs Applicant Viewing Administrator comments
In the past few months, I've seen a high increase in applicants emailing and calling saying they cannot find the "Administrator Comment" when I revert back to draft, so I logged back in as the applicant to see what the sudden confusion is - it's incredibly hard to find in the applicant view! When I MAKE an administrator comment, there is a blue highlighted strip across the top. When I log in as the applicant, there is just a little vertical bar, with text smaller than regular instructions. A lot of our applicants are elderly, and it's been very time consuming walking them through this. I have screen shots of the difference in views! If Foundant can please make this more user friendly (I don't think it's always been this way) by highlighting the administrator comments, bolding them, or making them a larger font so they stand out to applicants, it would save their time and ours! Thank you!

I completely agree! The box used to be hilighted in blue, which made it very easy for the applicant to locate. I've had 2 applicants say they didn't see any notes, after they were notified to take a look.
Can you put it back to the way it was before your latest update? Add back the BLUE!

Please bring back the blue highlighted strip across the top for administrator comments. The tiny blue vertical line on the left is very hard for our applicants to find. Before it was very obvious where we had made comments, and now they have to hunt for them. If you are able to change this, we would love it! Thanks- Jessica and the rest of the GSCF team.
