Copy Collaborators in Email Communications

I'm hoping there is a way our foundation can copy collaborators in email communications and send them auto-generated emails for a request within GLM. Just as there is the option to CC/Copy a primary contact, It would be GREAT to have that same checkbox for CC/Copy collaborators. So many of our organizations use grant writers who are not affiliated with their organization to submit proposals and we need our communications to go to them!

    We get this complaint as well. This is especially helpful when there is an unexpected leave of absence. It is also helpful for accountability with organizations with multiple arms or departments. Requests should also show on Collaborators User Summary

    This is another simple way to make the Collaborator feature more robust.

    100% agree. I commented on another request similar to this that requested the ability to send automated emails to more than the Primary Contact and the Applicant. We get this request A LOT.
