archive merge templates
It would be a nice option to have the ability to archive merge templates in the system like the emails.

We use quite a few merge documents but only need quick access to a handful. Having the archive option within the GLM for Merge Documents would be more convenient than saving them outside the system and it would likely speed up processing time if we could pare down the time it takes for all of the templates to load when I am likely to only need a few.
