   The ability to pull in a custom column would be great! We want to reduce the number of processes we have to create and this could eliminate that if we are able to see into the request better.

    It would be nice to have the question list download in Word Doc in case applicants want to work on it in word first. I also think it would be easier for us to edit applications for the new year by having the option to download in word doc instead of just PDF so we can share the document around the team for editing.
