Table, Labeling Summary Line
A simple 2 column table that ends in a summary row. When building the table, the end summary row on the left hand side can be labeled (e.g. Total Proposed Budget:). But from the Applicants' view, the summary row on the left hand side is blank.

Because the labels are not visible to applicants, we had several applicants not complete a table question correctly. Why are the labels not visible to applicants? I understand their need in reporting, but it's important from an instructions point of view as well.
