Allow us to determine when to send auto emails
It would be great to be given the control to determine when our organization sends automatic emails. I would like to send automatic emails when we deny a request and even approve a request but as a Foundant user I am restricted. Denial emails are possibly the biggest concern because you have to navigate in this backhanded way to even be able to send a bulk denial email. Once you deny a request it no longer shows up on your dashboard so it is out of sight, out of mind, and you are relying on an understaffed organization to remember to take the extra steps to find the denied requests to send the email. If you cannot allow us access to set up automatic emails where we feel it is necessary for our organization then our dashboard should show us all denied requests just like it shows our approved requests so we can easily send a bulk email from our dashboard.
