Add New Custom Fields to ONLY Future Grants without using Versioning or Custom Visibility Conditions
Currently, when we want to add new custom fields to new records without adding them to existing/historical records, we either have to install SmartVersioning or utilize the Created Date in a custom visibility condition on the field.
SmartVersioning is a large investment of time and effort to install and utilize properly, so I often use custom visibility when this type of need is not a large one. However, recently, I learned that each custom visibility condition could impact system performance long-term, so it would be extremely useful to be able to add new fields to only new records without having to utilize either of those two options.
