Add a proxy-in button on the user profile in the new view!

Add ability to proxy-in to a user in the contacts view and in the user profile view. I can't proxy in to this user (in screenshots) because they don't have a request in the system yet....

    Holy Smokes! I know y'all are great, but less than 8 hr response time is AMAZING!!! It worked great, but i felt a little bit gaslit because i knew i couldn't find them this morning and then this afternoon there they were! :-)
