adding grantee name in template field list under {{#foreach check}}
Please add grantee name or grantee label as a template field list under {{#foreach check}}. Currently the only way to pull a grantee name or label is under the {{#foreach grant}} template fields list. We combine our grants into ONE check when possible but when we create the grant letter it will pull the grantee label FOR EACH GRANT instead of FOR EACH CHECK which therefore requires hand editing. The process would be much smoother and quicker if there was a grantee name or grantee label in the {{#foreach check}} template fields list. Thank you!

Yearly tax letter envelope
We do a summary tax letter for our donors that show all donations made in a calendar year for every donor. I can easily export the letter listing all the donations in bulk. But I am not able to export the corresponding envelope in the same order. So I have to run two separate exports. And neither match up. I can't figure out the order of the way these are exporting. This should be an option with the yearly tax receipt. It is not efficient to spend that much time sorting envelopes to match correctly with letters
6 votesThe yearly tax receipt envelopes should now print in the same order as the letter. It is important to only create letters for donors with an address, otherwise the envelopes will not print.

Student Name on Check Template
On the check template the student name is limited to being presented as last name, first name. It would be nice if it could be formatted to be first name last name for those that do a combination of a letter + check.

Automate the Grant Card Template
The grant card template (giving card acknowledgement/receipt, not tax receipt) is available as a template and can be sent manually from the donor's grant card page, but the process is unable to be automated.
Donors should receive a letter letting them know how their grant card was spent. There is no reason this shouldn't be automated just like every other template. And if they aren't going to be automated, they need to at least show a timestamp after one is manually sent so that it is clear that a letter has been sent.

Bulk print year-end envelope template
Add same field options for the envelope template that are on the year-end receipt template. The names on the bulk year-end envelopes are not the same that print on the letter.

internal grant letter
We would like to be able to print a letter for an internal grant. Currently, when we process a grant from a DAF to another foundation fund, it prompts to choose if we want a tax receipt and then we can select a tax receipt template, but there is no option to print. We understand this isn't a tax receipt, but often need to notify a donor confirmation their grants have been made, even when it is to one of our funds and not an external recipient. Fix the merge fields advisor.address and advisor.address2 on grant letter template so these fields can appear on one line
{{advisor.address}} and {{advisor.address2}} on grant template always shows as two lines on the merged letter. Fix this so that these merge fields can appear side by side on the grant letter.

Add Recognition Name as an available field for Internal Grant Letter Templates
We request that the Grant Advisor's Recognition Name be an available field for Internal Grant thank you letters. Currently the only option is the Advisor Legal Name field, and it isn't always how the advisor wants to be acknowledged.

It would be great to have custom fields available on the grant award letter templates, especially from funds and other modules.

Tax Receipt Template Logic - "Fund" Assigned Should get the highest value
In Tax Receipt Template Logic, currently "Payment Type" is assigned the most points. It would make more sense that a the Fund assigned to the template get the most points. Funds often have nuances that need to be addressed in the tax receipt, and the current value system does not easily or simply allow for that.

Fund Advisor Template - Total by Advisor vs Fund
We have many separately invested funds where the profile/donor and financial advisor are the same. One GL account may contain multiple funds to invest the balance in one account vs one account per fund.
It would be extremely beneficial to have the template for Fund Advisor Transfer Letters contain an option for the total by financial advisor instead of by fund. The financial advisors may not be aware that there are multiple funds invested in the single donor account. This is currently causing confusion and making the templates less useful then they could be.

IRA Gift Tax Receipt Letters - Salutation & Envelopes
When processing IRAs or charitable bank gifts, while we can now get the address on the tax receipt letter to populate as the Donor Advisor instead of the "donor"/Bank - I am still having issues with the salutation being the Banks/"donors" name and not the Donor Advisor, even when I populate this field to "John Smith".
Then, when I print envelopes, no matter what I do, the envelope will print with only the Bank/"donors" address. I have to go in separately and print an envelope from each personal profile since I…1 vote -
Tax Receipt Template
For yearly tax receipts, allow the fund Public Name to be an available template merge field. Given that the receipt is a public facing document, the fund public name should be able to be used rather than the internal name which may include internal language.

Ability to change fund template to advanced
Since the ability to archive templates isn't an option, it would be helpful if you could change a template to Advanced.
