  1. We love the new user interface but the font is rather small for some of our users. It would be amazing to have the ability for each user to pick from a Small, Medium, Large font size

    Using CTRL and Zooming in Zooms the entire browser (all tabs, no matter the website) meaning other websites are now huge font.

  2. When inputting donations, being able to see recent giving history from the "Add Donation" screen would be helpful. Something similar to the voucher side where you can see recent vouchers from vendors.

  3. It would be nice in C-Suite to be able to put a grant On Hold in the Approval and Voucher buckets in addition to the New bucket. The New bucket has not yet booked an expense to the General Ledger and often we want to book the expense but still prevent the grant from being paid for various reasons.

  4. There should be a way to know that a grantee is set up to receive ACH payments while you are entering the grant. Right now I have to go all the way back to the profile to see if they are ACH. This would help when choosing what letter template to use.

  6. It would be nice to have the availability to bulk update/import/delete all fields on a record (profile, gift, grant, fund, etc)

    Because of the volume of each of those items in a database it become tedious and tiresome to do some of the most simple and routine task.

  8. Bring back the ability to pull all fund statements for funds under a specific fund advisor. Previous to the revamp of the fund statement workflow, there was an ability to select the Fund Statement ID for the specific month or quarter and to select "Print Individual." We could then generate a PDF file of all fund statements for that time period associated with a particular fund advisor. There is no way to do this in the new workflow, but we constantly have fund advisors calling and requesting all the fund statements for their funds. For those fund advisors managing more…

  9. There needs to be a report that calculates each Donor Advised Fund's percent payout year over year. With the proposed legislation, it is important for community foundations to be able to show the active philanthropy of their DAFs as well as to encourage more active grantmaking in DAFs that are below a certain threshold.

  10. For audit purposes, it would be helpful to be able to change a fund group type at a point in time instead of changing all of history. We have memorial funds that come in as "Unrestricted" but turn into restricted scholarship funds (or others). When we change the fund group it changes the data for all of time which makes our ending balances for PY not match beginning balances in terms of audit categories.

    Right now we are closing the memorial funds completely and opening a new scholarship fund but this has us lose the donor/donation history for the fund.

  11. On the Income Statement budget format, the variance amount and percentage only shows the variance stated in proportion to the current month. My board and I would prefer to see this amount as a percentage of the annualized rather than month to month budget. Can you please add an option for this such as a "budget ann" or "budget ytd"? Selecting the option "this year" will give me the annualized amounts, but there is no way to change the effective date and retain that format as it reverts back to the month over month.

Allow for making a distribution to a Beneficiary on a fund "on hold" so that it will not be created when spendable grants are done. we have many funds that have beneficiaries as part of their fund agreement but the distribution is on hold for various reasons (the fundholders desire the fund to get to a certain level before making distributions, the fund is waiting for proceeds from life insurance, etc.). But we would like to have the beneficiary information created on the fund so it can easily be "activated" when the hold is removed.

  13. It would be incredibly helpful if there was a sort feature in the till. I would love a sort feature to organize gift id numbers in order. During my busy season, this was a huge, time-consuming headache. I resorted to using Ctrl + F to locate all the gift numbers that I needed in my deposit.

  14. Currently there is no automatic notification to notify the user that their request for approval is approved. Normally the personal with approval authority is very busy. The extra time spent to send an email confirming the request has been approved is very inefficient. Please add automated approval notifications so the staff requesting approval can be ready for the next step in their process.

  15. I would love to see a donor history view that looks similar to fund history. Now when you click into a fund's history, you see top donors, a graph of giving over time, and a pie chart. It would be wonderful to see this on a donor's profile as well that easily displays funds they have given to, years they have given the most etc. etc.

  17. When marking an opportunity related task "done" and subsequently adding a note, the note shows up on the profile of the household and/or individual, but not on the fund profile DESPITE the fund field being specified. In normal notes, if you make a note in a profile and add the fund, the note will show up under the fund, too. This does not happen with the opportunity task notes, which is not efficient or streamlined. It would greatly enhance opportunities if the task notes show up under the fund designated in the notes, just like normal notes.

  19. When generating the admin fees, I would like to see the total calculation that the fee is being processed on. It shows in a description box but not in a column on it's own (nor does it show the total). Would be very helpful to make sure fees are calculating on portfolio balances accurately. This was something that FIMS included on their admin fee report, it showed both the full portfolio balance along with the fee column.

  20. Please include template fields for recurring grants: start date, interval, number of occurrences, next occurrence date so that we can send accurate grant letters with the checks. Currently we have to manually edit each grant letter for a recurring grant to add language that tells the recipient about the recurring details.
