Template letter for internal or external DAF donations
We like to send a "courtesy thank you" to donors who donate from their DAF, either with our foundation or from an external custodian like Schwab Charitable.
Right now if we try to do that with the donation templates, it would print the contact info for the custodian, not the advisor (donor). We'd like to have it addressed to the advisor.

There is a "Donation Advisor" capability that allows you to add a donor to a donation as the advisor. We record the gift as from Schwab Charitable and after saving, you can go back and add a profile as the donation advisor. We also use a template that does not include the tax language since the donor has already received this when they donated through Schwab Charitable. We use a Donation Type called Recommended Gift that is our template for donor advisors of funds at places like Schwab Charitable. Adding in the donation advisor and choosing this donation type with the correct template pulls the donor advisor's name and contact info into the template instead of Schwab Charitable's.

We send thank you letters to all advisors of internal and external DAF and foundation donations and so this feature would be very helpful. Also, this capability would be used for other non-tax deductible contributions, such as matching gifts from companies, "dollars for doers", third parties such as Benevity, YourCause, Truist, etc.
