Inactive Campaigns
Having all campaigns listed in one compiled list is a little combersom. I'd suggest separating (2 boxes/lists) the active and inactive campaigns. By doing this it's easier to draw your attention to the active/ongoing ticket sales.

Bryan,
We were also concerned with the list of campaigns that populates when entering a gift. Without being able to designate a campaign as inactive, it continues to appear in the drop down menu on the gift entry screen. This is going to get ugly the longer we use the software. Deleting the campaign is not an option. Our thought was that if a campaign could be listed as inactive on the campaign page, it would no longer appear in the drop down menu on the gift entry page.

Upon further consideration, I would like to see an "inactive" check box that would hide a campaign from the list on the gift entry form AND move it to an inactive or archived subsection on the campaign page. "End date" should also be an option, though.

This would be helpful when it comes to gift entry. ALL of the campaigns are listed in the drop down menu on the gift entry page, which makes it difficult for the person entering gifts. It would be nice if only active campaigns were on the list.

We have added the search box now as the default area you get when you go into a campaign. Does that get you to what you need or do you still want a way to hide inactive/expired campaigns in the list view?

In addition, it would be also great to add a sort order to the campaigns. I also agree it would better if we could completely hide inactive campaigns. Also the ability to hide active campaigns with older dates (like 2014 date of a campaign isn't something i need to see every time i login to campaigns). Our active campaign would have the active dates, but the "hidden" ones wouldn't show up.
