Timing of updates
I understand that major updates are posted on the first Wednesday of each month. I (and most other accountants) close books on a monthly basis. This, for me, can be a hectic time. It's more hectic when basic financial reports, etc. are changed and I have to stop and look up how to find how to filter the reports or break out by fund subgroup.
Please consider pushing back the date for these updates until after the 10th of the month. Also your CSuite update webinars would work better if they were after the 10th as well. Thank you.
In order to limit the impact of monthly releases, we will be releasing the prior month's enhancements to the sandbox. We plan to change the cadence of the catching up with releases webinars next year as well.

I agree, and would like to add that some kind of heads up or 'coming soon' notice would be very helpful. I am planning to start pulling reports for my annual audit next week, and the Release Notes utterly ruined my day yesterday - major unanticipated changes to the way financial statements are run and presented can cause a very significant disruption when trying to foot to prior period reports.
Yesterday I literally had to cut and paste that text into a word doc, then tried to parse out the information it contained, and just within the 'Financials' section I think I came up with 9 distinct changes that could impact my routine processes. It could potentially take me a few days identify all of the ramifications these changes will have. I agree with the OP, the timing and communications regarding the rollout of major functionality changes could be improved.
