Statement Type Option for No Statements
Some of our funds have several fund advisors. Some of these fund advisors do not want and/or need statements. It would be helpful to have a statement option at the fund advisor level to suppress statements or indicate "No Statements". Currently, the checkbox for statements is at the fund level. At the fund advisor level, the only selections available for statement type is paper, online, or email. Can we get an option to suppress statements at the fund advisor level or a statement type that states "no statements"?

We flag a Profile Fund record, on the Profile with a Note of type "no fund statement" and record on the note text who requested it. Then we do not create a Fund Advisor record. The data check includes removing these profiles when making sure the setup of the Fund Advisor record is following the category of the Profile Fund record and the Group/Subgroup of the fund to make sure only funds with Grant Req tab are able to grant. We also make sure during the quarterly data check that any Profile with this note is still a fund holder and still without a Fund Advisor record. While having a "placeholder" fund advisor record could be a better solution, if not and you want to try our method would be happy to share details if needed.

Make the "blank" fund statement type on the fund advisor profile its own type; currently, the "blank" statement type functions the same as "paper" statement type. We have fund advisors that are official advisors according to fund agreements but are not primary advisors and don't need to receive a statement at all. We'd like to use the blank statement type to denote those advisors, but currently they are coming up on the list of folks needing a paper statement even though they really don't. There is also no way to choose or deselect individuals from getting statements once you choose to generate paper statements or we would just unselect those with the blank statement type.
