Send auto email to FA's with unsubmitted grants in cart
Send an automatic email after unsubmitted grants have been in the list cart for 10 days. Or make this an option we can choose to implement.

This is an option with the new portal. The setting is found in Portal Options<Portal Settings<Fund Advisor in the bottom table. Request Options and Automated Cart Reminder Email. With this enabled, Fund Advisors will receive an email once a week if there are items left in their cart.In the Portal Content Area, you will need to complete the Advisor Abandoned Cart Email Body.

This would be very helpful. I just realized today that I could check unsubmitted grants in carts and had to send 5 emails to folks to check if they wanted to move forward with this process.

This would be a great stewardship feature to add! Currently, we look at this cart item page weekly and send out emails manually if a FA has a grant unsubmitted.
