New Login Screen - Default to PIN
The new functionality to get MFA by email has now ADDED more clicks for users who have been regularly using MFA apps/PIN. Now we have to select the PIN option before entering. Can we make PIN the default and if someone wants the code by email, they can click that option? Usability and the number of clicks a normal user has to make really needs to be taken into account when making updates to the system. New functionality should try to avoid add more work to the common user.

In the recent revamp of your login pages, you implemented an idea I had previously submitted, which was to start the cursor in the login field for us. (Thank you! Every saved click is a timesaver.)
Could you please also add the same functionality to the page where we input our PIN, so the cursor starts out in the PIN field, and we don't have to tab or click into it to start entering our PIN?
Secondly, I would love it if the radio button defaulted to "use authenticator app" on the middle screen (after the screen where you type in your username/ password and before the screen where you enter your PIN). Of course, this is my personal preference and that might not be a universal desire.
Therefore, another idea would be to allow users to set that preference on their profile, so the radio button would be selected when we get on that page, and we could simply hit enter to continue. (We would always have the option of clicking the other option if we wanted to for any reason.)
I realize the 2nd piece would be harder to code, but it doesn't hurt to ask :-)
