Auto-populate & Log all emails in Grant Email Award Letters
When sending grant award letters via Email - please create a function to auto-populate the non-primary emails into the cc fields. This would save so much time and not require staff to remember and manually add ccs each time. Alert notes don't even show up in the Email Grant Documents area so there's not an easy way to be reminded of who needs to be cced. There should be an option to automatically include more than just the primary email. Please also add any cc emails sent to the log of the grant and profile. Currently only the primary email is logged as sent even when a secondary cc email is included. This is important for tracking who received the grant letter and confirming it was sent. We have added a note in the Other Detail field to grantee emails that they are for grant notifications, but this detail isn't available as a field to pull into custom reports nor does it show up on the grant award letter email screen with the list of grantee email addresses. If there is a field for Other Detail on an email address, why can't it be pulled into reports? And without that detail on the send grant award letter screen, it's impossible to tell who we have labeled to receive grant notifications without having the grantee profile open on another screen. It's a very arduous way to send these emails one at a time, which is another issue. There should be a way to send them in a batch AND include emails other than the primary email, but not every email on the profile, only the ones with 'additional grant notification contact' in the Other Detail field.
