Add Donation Type: Properties
Please add a new Donation Type as "Properties" with a sell function similar to Public Securities entry and sell processing. Our foundation receives donated properties that must be "sold" that have gain/loss that needs to offset on the correct asset general ledger account. This would be a huge help to the Finance Department.

This would help streamline the process of recording and selling donated houses and land, possibly eliminating the need for journal entry clean up - great idea!
