Please follow USPS Postal Addressing Standards Publication 28 (attached for reference) when validating and suggesting mailing addresses on profiles. Currently, CSuite recommends address corrections that do not follow USPS standards, and it causes mail to be returned as undeliverable; example attached. The address validation tool is helpful, and we want to use it, but the tool should be based on USPS standards which it currently is not. Fellow CSuite users, please support this idea! Thank you!
